What locations do we ship to?
We offer standard shipping to USA for $5.95 and international standard shipping for $6.95 to the rest of the world. All rest of world countries include the EU, South Africa, South America, Australia, Oman, UAE, Malaysia, Hong Kong, South Korea, Israel, Singapore, Japan, Russia. Most products ship to all zones, however there are some products that don't ship to all EU countries. We package and ship to nearly every country across the globe but transit time will vary based on your location. Your shipping fee will be processed on checkout upon purchase based on your location and IP address.
How long does it take to arrive once shipped?
All orders are processed & shipped as soon as possible through many of our domestic and international warehouses, depending on the fastest shipping method available to your location. We typically take 1-3 business days for handling & processing your order. They typical delivery time frame is anywhere from 7-20 business days. Depending on your location, you might receive items much earlier. Please allow extra time during a busy season, as postal delays are out of our control. Additional factors such as distance, customs, natural disasters may cause further delays. Tracking information, including the carriers are provided with every order. Will I receive a tracking number for my package?
Tracking numbers will be sent as soon as we are able to process and ship your order. Sometimes additional delays may arise that are beyond our control such as postal delays or custom inspections. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?
Each order will be sent with insured shipping & handling to prevent lost packages. If your order happens to get held at customs, lost in transit, or returned to us for any reason, we have your back! The postal service is out of our control once your package leaves the warehouse. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with priority shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our return policy page for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.
Are there any hidden custom fees or import taxes?
All prices on our website are displayed with the currency based on your location with taxes covered upon checkout. However, depending on your location and laws in your area, you may be liable to pay duties and taxes once your receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fess may be charged once your order arrives to its destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Please seek additional guidance based on your location and the associated import laws. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. Extended Delays
